Megan Mullally

Megan Mullally was one of America's most famous and wealthiest television actresses. She was born in California, Los Angeles on 12 November 1958. She was a regular in the Adult Swim program Children's Hospital along with MalinAkerman. Megan Mullally (born November 12 1958) is an American actress, comedian, and singer. She was the character Karen Walker on the NBC sitcom Will & Grace (1998-2006, 2017-2020) in which she was awarded 8 Primetime Emmy Award nominations for Outstanding Supporting actress in the category of Comedy Series winning twice in 2000 and the year 2006. As a result of her performance, she received nominations and many Awards. They included seven consecutive Screen Actors Guild Awards as Outstanding Performance by Female Actors on a Comedy Series. Mullally's early acting roles included the role in a McDonald's commercial with John Goodman. In 1986 she made her television debut on The Ellen Burstyn Show. Later, she appeared as an actor on other shows such as Seinfeld Fesier Wings and Stacey Mad About You Caroline In The City 3rd Rock from the Sun and Just Shoot Me! She was a principal character in a fifth season episode of Murder She Wrote's Coal Miner Slaughter. The actress recalls how I wasn't working for so long, and I panicked because I did not know the best way to pay for rent. Then one day I received a call from my agent saying that she was offered an amount of $5,000 to appear on the show. As I testified, and I wept. Jessica Fletcher's former prot g e was the character I played. It was among my most memorable moments I recorded. In 2003, following her previously engaged with Michael A. Katcher (from 1992 until 1996), she wed Nick Offerman. In 2015, she played the character Grandma Linda on Hotel Transylvania 2. Mullally was born in Los Angeles California the daughter of Martha and Carter Mullally, Jr. an actor who worked as a contract player with Paramount Pictures in the 1950s. Mullally was six years old when she relocated from Los Angeles to Oklahoma City. Her father is an Oklahoma native. She's of English Irish descent and Scandinavian heritage. At the time of her high school graduation she also attended the School of American Ballet New York City.
